My First Impressions and Registration of Chanze

I browsed the Chanze Casino website, and the design looked dark and modern. It did not look very cluttered. I decided to make an account. The process was very fast. Actually, it was a 2-step process:

• Step 1: I entered my email, chose a password, and selected my country as Sweden and currency as Euro. 
• Step 2: I had to provide my personal details, so I entered my first name, last name, and my phone number. I also put my postal code and my date of birth. 

You can see these details in the screenshot above. My account was ready instantly after I clicked register. In fact, I was logged in immediately.

The Deposit Process at Chanze Casino

I needed to deposit to play games. I clicked the yellow “Deposit” button to see the banking system. The payment methods were quite clear, and here is what the website mentions: 

• Cards: Visa and Mastercard.
• Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Tether.

The message required me to open my BankID app to approve the transaction. Thus, I opened the BankID app on my phone. I saw a small warning text on the approval screen, “utländsk valuta,” which means foreign currency.

It is normal because the casino uses Euros and not Krona. After I approved it in the app, I went back to the browser where Chanze Casino was open. It took about a minute for the money to show up in my casino account.

Keep in mind that you can only deposit via Mastercard and Visa in Sweden. Although Chanze has mentioned Sofort and Giropay, these banking options don’t exist at the cashier section. Anyways, I had a successful transaction of 75 euros. The transaction ID is clearly mentioned. Therefore, this was a transparent process. 

Why I Skipped Casino Bonuses at Chanze

I must admit that Chanze offers very big casino bonuses. When I was depositing funds, a window popped up and asked me to “Choose Your Bonus.” 

• Slots Package: The platform advertises 650% up to 6,500 euros. The first bonus is 200% up to 500 euros with a 30x wagering requirement, which is actually quite standard and not too high. 
• Sports Package: The sports betting bonus is 250% up to 5,000 euros, and the first one is 100% up to 500 euros with a 15x wagering requirement. 

Although these promotions looked good, I clicked “I Don’t Want a Bonus,” because I prefer to play with raw money. When you take a bonus, your money gets locked until you finish wagering. However, I wanted the freedom to withdraw whenever I wanted. 

Casino Games at Chanze

The platform has a large games section. It is quite organized and has different categories like “Popular Slots,” “Live Casino,” and more. I saw many famous providers like Pragmatic Play, IGT, Play’n Go, Hacksaw Gaming, and Microgaming. 

The casino also has a cool collection, like “Greek Mythology” and Movie Madness.” If you are a sports fan, you can see options like betting on Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, and even Cybersports (eSports). However, I was at Chanze for the slots. 

My Gameplay: Winning on Gates of Olympus

I decided to play Gates of Olympus by Pragmatic Play because it is one of my favorite casino games. The gameplay was smooth, and in the video, you can see the “Tumble” mechanic working. I was betting small amounts to test the game. 

• I had a spin where I won 0.50 euros. 
• Then another tumble win of 1.50 euros. 
• Then, I hit a really nice sequence, and the symbols kept dropping and matching. 
• Next, I got red gems and blue gems matching up. 
• The win went up to 3.30 euros in a single spin sequence. 

Zeus was floating on the right side, and the animations were lagging a little bit, but it was okay. I got lucky, and my balance eventually grew from 75 euros deposit all the way up to 265 euros. 

Withdrawing My Winnings

Withdrawal is the part everyone worries about. After winning, I went to the “Withdraw” tab, as you can see in the screenshot. The withdrawal methods available were:

• Bank Transfers
• Skrill
• Neteller
• Crypto

Although I used a card to deposit, usually casinos want you to withdraw using the same method, but here I chose Skrill because it is faster for me. Also, Mastercard or Visa was not available for withdrawals. I entered the amount 265 euros and entered my Skrill email. Then, I clicked the yellow “Withdraw button, and the request went through. 

The casino required my Swedish ID and utility bill. It did not ask for anything else. I provided the documents, after which the casino approved the withdrawal request. However, funds arrived in my Skrill account after two days. It was a little disappointing for me since Chanze says it withdraws winnings instantly for e-wallets. 

Customer Support was a Disappointment

Here is where Chanze Casino loses points. I had a small question, so I looked for a Live chat bubble. There is no Live Chat. I clicked on Support in the menu, and it only gave me an option to send an email. A casino should have 24/7 chat because waiting for email replies is annoying. So, you have to wait if you have a problem with a deposit or withdrawal.

Chanze Casino Licensing and Safety

I looked very carefully at the footer of the website and then read the terms and conditions and the about us pages as well. But I could not find any licensing details about Chanze Casino. You usually see a logo from MGA or Curacao, but I did not find any license logo.

Remember, this is a red flag. While the casino paid me my winnings, playing at the casino without a visible license is still risky. You have no one to complain to if the platform refuses to pay you. However, it does have a responsible gambling section, which seemed good, offering self-exclusion tools.

My Final Verdict on Chanze Casino

I had a mixed experience at Chanze Casino. Registration was super fast, the deposit with Mastercard was easy, and I won 265 euros and withdrew it successfully to Skrill. The platform has a great selection of games with top providers like Pragmatic Play and others. However, the casino does not have Live Chat Support. It also does not have a valid license. 

Therefore, if you want to play here, I recommend you do what I did: start with a small deposit (min 20 euros) and test the platform yourself. I was lucky to win and cash out, but please be careful because of the licensing situation.
